For the purchase of petroleum products and crude oil  APETRA will follow the same procedure as for the purchase of disposition rights ("tickets") and for the contracting of storage capacity, namely the publication of a framework agreement on a European and national level with underlying calls for tender.

Candidate suppliers will need to introduce a candidacy and will, if they comply to the selection and exclusion criteria, be on the shortlist of selected suppliers of petroleum products and crude oil and, thus, receive all APETRA's calls for tender.
