APETRA has published on a European and national level a framework agreement for the acquisition of disposition rights ("Tickets") for crude oil and oil products. The framework agreement defines the general context in which APETRA and its contracting parties function.
In case your company wishes to offer disposition rights (tickets) to APETRA, you must, first of all, enter a candidacy file to APETRA. This candidacy enables APETRA to judge the credibility, financial stability and technical capacity of the candidate. All information concerning this procedure, the documents needed for the candudacy file and the further organisation of the APETRA calls for tenders are enlisted in the APETRA/2011/2 specifications which are available and printable below.
Companies that meet he criteria fixed in the specification and sign the framework contract are included in the APETRA shortlist of Selected companies and receive all calls for tenders on disposition rights.
