In order to refresh and replace its finished products, APETRA has developed a specific procedure and contract, the so-called Product Replacement Agreement.
Whenever quality analysis indicates that APETRA needs to refresh its product or should new specifications be enforced, APETRA can launch a call for tenders for a combined delivery of the stored product and redelivery of new product responding to the same or a different specification. The replacement operation is undertaken by APETRA's partner against an "all-in fee" that comprises all costs for the organisation of the delivery and redelivery. The difference between the quantity already delivered by APETRA but not yet redeliverd by the partner will be covered by the partner by means of a title on other product belonging to the partner or by means of a ticket on a substitution quantity and a bank guarantee. All details concerning such operations can be found in the Framework Agreement on Product Replacement and the Product Replacement Contract which is part of the Agreement.
Companies which are interested to conduct, for account of APETRA, such operations, send in a candidacy in the context of this Framework Agreement and will receive, if their candidacy is withheld, all our future call for tender for product replacement.
APETRA wishes to stress, that it stores quite some of its finished products in a segregated way and that, thus, product replacements will be necessary on a rather frequent basis. This with frequent business opportunities for our selected Partners as a result.
